Mario Alberto Acuña Cisternas is a Chilean politician who served as deputy.[1]

He was born on 26 September 1951 in Coronel, Chile.[2] He is the son of María Cisterna Fuentealba and Juan Manuel Acuña Ribilar.[2]

In 1977 he married Ingrid Prambs Kloocker. He is the father of two children.[2]

After completing his secondary education, he entered the Universidad Austral de Chile, where he studied Agronomy and obtained the degree of Agricultural Engineer in 1978.[2]
