Marques Lamont Douglas (/ˈmɑːrkɪs/; born March 5, 1977) is an American former[1] professional football player who was a defensive tackle and defensive end for five teams in the National Football League (NFL) during an 11-year career. He played college football for the Howard Bison and was signed by the Baltimore Ravens as an undrafted free agent in 1999.

Douglas played for the Ravens, New Orleans Saints, San Francisco 49ers, New York Jets and the Tennessee Titans. He also played for Rhein Fire, an NFL Europe team, and was on the roster of the Miami Dolphins and Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
