Martin De Prycker

Martin De Prycker (b. Sint-Niklaas, 16 January 1955) is a Belgian engineer and businessman. He was until December 2008 the CEO of Barco, a Belgian display hardware manufacturer. He is CEO of Caliopa, a spin-off of Ghent University and IMEC[1] and is managing partner at Qbic fund.[2]

He graduated as a MSc in electrical engineering (1979) and holds a PhD in computer sciences (1982) from Ghent University. In addition, he obtained an MBA at the University of Antwerp in 1992.
