María Sáinz Martín is a Spanish physician, researcher, and academic specializing in preventive medicine and public health. She is the president of the Foundation for Health Education (FUNDADEPS) and serves as the head of the Preventive Medicine and Health Promotion Department at the Hospital Clínico San Carlos in Madrid.[3]
Her work focuses on the integration of health education into clinical practices to prevent chronic diseases through change of lifestyle.[4]
Sáinz Martín obtained her Licentiate in Medicine and Surgery from the Complutense University of Madrid.[5] She subsequently completed her specialization in Preventive Medicine and Public Health at the Hospital Universitario La Paz.[6]
