Max Schlichting

Max Schlichting (born Max von Schlichting; June 16, 1866, Sagan  June 23, 1937, Bad Tölz) was a painter of German Impressionism [de]. Schlichting, who also worked as a professor and art official, is known for French subjects and depictions of landscapes in Flanders and the Netherlands.[1]
