Md. Tasruzzaman Babu is a Bangladeshi railway engineer and civil servant. He is associated with Bangladesh Railway. His work on locally developed railway engineering solutions has been reported in Bangladeshi media.
Babu was born in Chapainawabganj District, Bangladesh. He completed his Secondary School Certificate (SSC) from Rajarampur Hamidullah High School and Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) from Nawabganj Government College.[1]
He obtained a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Rajshahi University of Engineering and Technology. He later completed postgraduate studies at Dhaka University of Engineering and Technology (DUET) and pursued further education in public policy in Japan.[2]
Career
Babu joined Bangladesh Railway through the 35th Bangladesh Civil Service (BCS) as an assistant mechanical engineer.[3]
He has worked in engineering roles related to carriage and wagon systems within Bangladesh Railway.[4]
