Medipally Sathyam (born 5 June 1980) is an Indian politician in the state of Telangana.[1] In the 2023 general election he was elected as MLA representing Indian National Congress from Choppadandi constituency in Telangana.[2][3] He lost the 2014 election on a TDP ticket and the 2018 polls on a Congress ticket.[4]
Medipally Sathyam Was appointed as Karimnagar District Congress Committee (DCC) President on 22 November 2025.[5]
Sathyam hails from Korutlapet village,Yellareddypeta in Rajanna Sircilla district.[4] He settled in Chopadandi. He completed his post graduation and Ph.D. in political science from Osmania University.[6] He was active in student politics during his stint at Osmania University.[citation needed]
