Megafroneta elongata is a species of sheet weaver spider endemic to New Zealand.[1]
This species was described as Megafroneta elongata in 1979 by A.D Blest from male and female specimens. The holotype is stored in Te Papa Museum.[1]
Description
The male and female are recorded at 5.58mm in length.[1]
