Mehdi Yousefi (Persian: مهدی یوسفی, born 2005) is an Iranian freestyle wrestler competing in the 79 kg weight class.

Career
In 2025, Yousefi won the gold medal in the 79 kg event at the 2025 Asian Wrestling Championships held in Amman, Jordan.[1][2]
He also claimed the gold medal at the 2024 U23 World Wrestling Championships in Tirana, Albania. Earlier the same year, he won a bronze medal at the World Junior Wrestling Championships.[3]
