Miao Deyu (Chinese: 苗得雨, born October 1971) is a Chinese diplomat and senior official of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP). He currently serves as CCP Committee Member and Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs, Director-General of the Department of Policy Planning, and concurrently Vice President of the Red Cross Society of China.[1][2][3]
