Michael Bortner

Michael E. Bortner (born February 11, 1949)[1] is a retired American judge and politician who sat on the York County, Pennsylvania Court of Common Pleas from 2004 to 2021.[2] He previously served in the Pennsylvania House of Representatives from 1985 to 1990[3] and in the Pennsylvania State Senate from 1991 to 1994.[4]
