Michael Icely (born 12 May 1997)[1] is an Australian rugby union player who played for both the Rebels and the Waratahs in Super Rugby. His playing position is flanker or number 8.

Icely Debuted for the Rebels squad for Round 1 of the Super Rugby Trans-Tasman competition.[2] He previously represented NSW Country Eagles in the 2019 National Rugby Championship.[3]

Icely plays for Eastwood Rugby in the Shute Shield, where he has won both Shute Shield Rookie of the Year (2019) and Ken Catchpole Medal (2023).

In 2024, He was named as a traveling reserve for the Australian sevens team to the Paris Olympics.[4][5]
