Michael Quinn is an Irish judge and lawyer who has served as a Judge of the High Court since July 2018. He was formerly a solicitor and partner at a commercial law firm.

Quinn was educated at C.B.C. Monkstown followed by University College Dublin, graduating with a BCL degree in 1981.[1] He was the auditor of the University College Dublin Law Society between 1981 and 1982. His inaugural address was on the topic "The Control of Police Discretion" which was responded to by the then Supreme Court judge Séamus Henchy.[2]
