Michael Murphy (28 April 1934 – 10 September 2015)[2] was an Irish cyclist. He won the Rás Tailteann in 1958.[3][4][5]
Murphy was a native of Cahirsiveen.[6] He left school at 11 and worked variously as a farm labourer, a quarryman and a turf-cutter.
