Mikhail Yuryevich Pitkevich (Russian: Михаил Юрьевич Питкевич; born 19 February 1979), is a Russian politician who served as a member of the State Duma from 2007 to 2011.

Pitkevich has been the Vice-Governor of Smolensk Oblast. As a businessman, he has been a co-owner of a number of commercial enterprises in the field of construction, development, agriculture, automotive business, and the financial sector.
Biography
Mikhail Pitkevich was born on 19 February 1979.[4] His father, Yury, served as Chairman of the Government of the Udmurt Republic from 2000 to 2014. In 2001, Mikhail graduated from the International University in Moscow with a degree in management. In 2004, he graduated from graduate school at the All-Russian Centre for Living Standards (Moscow), and was awarded the academic degree of Candidate of Economic Sciences.
On 2 December 2007, Pitkevich became a member of the State Duma.[5][6] In 2009, he graduated from the Russian Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Russian Federation with a degree in “State and Municipal Administration”. In December 2011, he left parliament.[7]
From May 2012 to 2015, Pitkevich was the First Deputy Governor of Smolensk Oblast.[8] On 23 September 2015, Pitkevich resigned from office for family reasons, with connection with the birth of his third child.[9]
From 2015 to 2017, Pitkevich was part of the Moscow School of Management SKOLKOVO.
Family
Pitkevich is married to the daughter of co-owner of the ASPEK group and former member of the Federation Council Viktor Khoroshavtsev.[10] The couple has three children.[11]
