Mirkovice (German: Mirkowitz) is a municipality and village in Český Krumlov District in the South Bohemian Region of the Czech Republic. It has about 500 inhabitants. The village centre is well preserved and is protected as a village monument zone.

Mirkovice lies approximately 6 kilometres (4 mi) east of Český Krumlov, 19 km (12 mi) south of České Budějovice, and 142 km (88 mi) south of Prague.
