Champions
- Legend
- The 1957 series was rained out and no champion was crowned. The series was scheduled to be Bradley vs. Oklahoma A&M.
- The 1960 series was originally scheduled to be a best-of-three format, but due to the May 20 doubleheader being rained out, they played a single game on May 21 for the championship.
- In 1988, the MVC made a controversial decision by awarding Wichita State the championship after the title game against Creighton was suspended due to rain. The title game was set to be resumed the following Monday, with a second game if Creighton won, but the NCAA informed the MVC that it would only receive one bid to the NCAA tournament.
