Monte McNair is an American sports executive who is an advisor for the Los Angeles Clippers of the National Basketball Association (NBA). McNair formerly served as executive at Houston Rockets and Sacramento Kings.

McNair grew up in Oak Park, California, and attended Oak Park High School.[1]

McNair earned a Bachelor of Science degree in computer science from Princeton University in 2006. While attending college, McNair was a wide receiver on the football team.[2] From 2006 to 2007, he was a sports programmer and researcher at STATS LLC.[3]
