Monty Roy Grow (born September 4, 1971) is an American former professional football defensive back who played two seasons in the National Football League (NFL) with the Kansas City Chiefs and Jacksonville Jaguars. He played college football for the Florida Gators.

Monty Roy Grow was born on September 4, 1971, in Inverness, Florida.[1] He attended Citrus High School in Inverness.[1]

Grow played college football for the Florida Gators of the University of Florida. He was a letterman in 1989, 1990, 1992, and 1993.[1] He was suspended for the entire 1991 season after testing positive for a banned substance.[2] Grow recorded one interception in 1990 and one interception in 1993.[3]
