Multishow Brazilian Music Award for Hit of the Year is an annual award presented at the Multishow Brazilian Music Award, a ceremony established in 1994 and originally called the TVZ Award. From 2012 to 2016, the category was named New Hit.[1] In 2021, it was renamed Hit of the Year.[2]
