The Museum of American Speed is a nonprofit automobile museum in Lincoln, Nebraska, exhibiting a collection of American racing vehicles, performance parts, and automotive memorabilia spanning early 20th-century racing to modern Indy Cars. It has been in operation since 1992.[1] As of 2013, the museum was housed in a 135,000 sq ft (12,500 m2) facility.
Exhibits include classic midget cars, go-karts, motorized toys, antique cars, a Soap Box Derby collection,[2] automotive memorabilia, Buck Rogers memorabilia, as well as a music room which houses a collection of autographed guitars on the ceiling.[3][4]
