Mysletice (Czech pronunciation: [ˈmɪslɛcɪtsɛ]) is a municipality and village in Jihlava District in the Vysočina Region of the Czech Republic. It has about 100 inhabitants.
Mysletice lies approximately 32 kilometres (20 mi) south-west of Jihlava and 126 km (78 mi) south-east of Prague.
