Nagi Notes (Japanese: ナギダイアリー), also known as Nagi Diary, is an upcoming drama film written and directed by Koji Fukada.[1][2] It stars Takako Matsu, Kenichi Matsuyama, Shizuka Ishibashi, Kawaguchi Waku and Kiyora Fujiwara.[3]
The film will have its world premiere at the main competition of the 2026 Cannes Film Festival in May 2026, where it is nominated for the Palme d'Or and the Queer Palm. It is scheduled to be theatrically released in Japan on 25 September.
