Nathan Lebak Football Club, commonly known as Nathan Lebak, is an Indonesian football club based in Lebak Regency, Banten.[6] They currently compete in Liga 4 Banten zone.
Throughout its history of participation in official PSSI (Football Association of Indonesia) competitions, Nathan Lebak has always played in Banten provincial level competitions, in Liga 3, then Liga 4.[7] For the first time in the club's history, they won the 2025–26 Liga 4 Banten title through a 1–0 victory over Harin through a goal scored by Sirvi Arvani on 11 April 2026 at the Benteng Reborn Stadium, Tangerang.[8]
Because they won the 2025–26 Liga 4 Banten competition, they then had the right to represent Banten province in the national phase of Liga 4.[9]
