Neal, Georgia From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia Unincorporated community in Georgia, U.S. Neal is an unincorporated community in Pike County, in the U.S. state of Georgia.[1] Neal was originally named Williamsville; the present name, after landowner H. B.
