Neikkarapatti is a panchayat town in Dindigul district in the Indian state of Tamil Nadu.
As of 2001[update] India census,[1] Neikkarapatti had a population of 11,891. Males constitute 50% of the population and females 50%. Neikkarapatti has an average literacy rate of 65%, higher than the national average of 59.5%: male literacy is 75%, and female literacy is 55%.
