Neuenkirchen is a Samtgemeinde ("collective municipality") in the district of Osnabrück, in Lower Saxony, Germany. Its seat is in the village Neuenkirchen.

The Samtgemeinde Neuenkirchen consists of the following municipalities:[1]

  1. Merzen
  2. Neuenkirchen
  3. Voltlage

According to the national census, there were 10,126 people in Samtgemeinde Neuenkirchen as of May 2022.[1]

As of January 2025, the collective municipality of Neuenkirchen is prioritising investment in education.[2]
