Newquay Tretherras (electoral division)

Electoral division of Cornwall in the UK From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Newquay Tretherras (Cornish: Tewynblustri Tretheyrres)[1][2] was an electoral division of Cornwall in the United Kingdom which returned one member to sit on Cornwall Council between 2009 and 2021. It was abolished at the 2021 local elections, being succeeded by Newquay Porth and Tretherras and Newquay Central and Pentire.[3][4]

Newquay Tretherras covered the centre, east and south east of the town of Newquay, including Newquay Tretherras School.[5] The division covered 158 hectares in total.[6]
