Ngai Shiu-kit, OBE, SBS, JP (Chinese: 倪少傑; 14 November 1924 – 2015) was a Hong Kong entrepreneur and a former member of the Legislative Council of Hong Kong (1985–97) for the Industrial (Second) constituency, representing the Chinese Manufacturers' Association of Hong Kong and Provisional Legislative Council.[1] He was also a Hong Kong delegate for the 9th National People's Congress from 1998 to 2003.
