Nicholas Phillip Margevicius (/mɑːrˈɡævɪɪs/ mar-GAV-ih-chiss;[1] born June 18, 1996) is an American professional baseball pitcher in the San Francisco Giants organization. He has previously played in Major League Baseball (MLB) for the San Diego Padres and Seattle Mariners, and in the Chinese Professional Baseball League (CPBL) for the TSG Hawks.

Margevicius attended Saint Ignatius High School in Cleveland, Ohio.[2] After high school, Margevicius attended Rider University, where he played college baseball.[3] In 2016, he played collegiate summer baseball with the Wareham Gatemen of the Cape Cod Baseball League.[4][5] In 2017, as a junior, he went 6-4 with a 2.89 ERA in 14 games (13 starts).[6]
