Niu Xiaoming (Chinese: 钮小明; born December 1942) is a Chinese academic and politician. She is a vice chairperson of the Revolutionary Committee of the Chinese Kuomintang (RCCK) and a member of the Standing Committee of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC). She is also a professor at Southwest Jiaotong University and a standing committee member of the All-China Women's Federation.[1]
