Nizhneilimsky District

Nizhneilimsky District (Russian: Нижнеили́мский райо́н) is an administrative district, one of the thirty-three in Irkutsk Oblast, Russia.[1] Municipally, it is incorporated as Nizhneilimsky Municipal District.[7] The area of the district is 36,823 square kilometers (14,217 sq mi).[3] Its administrative center is the town of Zheleznogorsk-Ilimsky.[2] Population: 55,096 (2010 census);[4] 63,727 (2002 Census);[9] 77,291 (1989 Soviet census).[10]
