Nizhny Arshi (Russian: Нижний Арши; Dargwa: УбяхӀ ГӀярши) is a rural locality (a selo) in Arshimakhinsky Selsoviet, Levashinsky District, Republic of Dagestan, Russia. The population was 548 in 2010.[2] There are eight streets.[3]
