Nizhnyaya Vodlitsa (Russian: Нижняя Водлица) is a rural locality (a village) in Oshtinskoye Rural Settlement, Vytegorsky District, Vologda Oblast, Russia. The population was 44 as of 2002.[2] There are 3 streets.[3]
