Noel Mulligan (12 April 1926 – 11 March 2000), also known by the nickname of "The Count", was an Australian professional rugby league footballer who played in the 1940s and 1950s. An Australian international and New South Wales interstate representative forward, he played club football in Sydney's NSWRFL premiership for Newtown and St. George,[2] as well as elsewhere in New South Wales.
