Norman bin Musa (born November 20, 1974) is a Malaysian chef, author, television host, and restaurateur. He co-founded the restaurant Ning in Manchester and has served as the Executive Chef of Wah Nam Hong in The Hague.[1] He is the author of Amazing Malaysian, a cookbook featuring Malaysian.[2]
