Nosa Owens-Ibie is a Nigerian professor of Communication, Media and Development and was the Vice-Chancellor of Caleb University located in Lagos state, Nigeria. He was appointed by the Governing council of the school on the 1st of November, 2019.[1]

Career
Owens-Ibie was the General Secretary of Association of Communication Scholars & Professionals of Nigeria and a columnist for Guardian and Punch Newspaper before he was appointed as the Vice-Chancellor.[2]
