Noviny pod Ralskem (German: Neuland am Rollberge) is a municipality and village in Česká Lípa District in the Liberec Region of the Czech Republic. It has about 300 inhabitants.
Noviny pod Ralskem is located about 14 kilometres (9 mi) east of Česká Lípa and 21 km (13 mi) west of Liberec. It lies in the Ralsko Uplands. The highest point of the municipality and entire Ralsko Uplands is the Ralsko Mountain at 698 m (2,290 ft) above sea level. The Ploučnice River flows through the municipality.
