Novomonoshkino (Russian: Новомоношкино) is a rural locality (a selo) and the administrative center of Novomonoshkinsky Selsoviet, Zarinsky District, Altai Krai, Russia. The population was 1,045 as of 2013.[2] There are 17 streets.
