Obafluorin is a β-lactone antibiotic with the molecular formula C₁₇H₁₄N₂O₇.^[1]^[2] Obafluorin is produced by the bacterium Pseudomonas fluorescens.^[3] Obafluorin is a inhibitor of serine hydroxymethyltransferase.^[4]
