History

The magazine was launched in January 1993 during a period of rapid growth in Miami’s fashion and nightlife industries. It became part of Niche Media Holdings (later GreenGale Publishing) in 2007[7][8] before being acquired by Modern Luxury Media in 2017.[9] Over time, Ocean Drive expanded from print to include a website and digital editions.
