The Offences within the Court Act 1541[a] (33 Hen. 8. c. 12) was an act of the Parliament of England.
Section 13 of the act was repealed by section 48(1) of, and the schedule to, the Larceny Act 1916 (6 & 7 Geo. 5. c. 50), which came into force on 1 January 1917.[1]
The whole act was repealed by section 10(2) of, and part I of schedule 3 to, the Criminal Law Act 1967, which came into force on 1 January 1968.[2]
