Okounov (German: Okenau) is a municipality and village in Chomutov District in the Ústí nad Labem Region of the Czech Republic. It has about 400 inhabitants.
Okounov lies approximately 24 kilometres (15 mi) south-west of Chomutov, 74 km (46 mi) south-west of Ústí nad Labem, and 99 km (62 mi) west of Prague.
