The Original TRG, simply known as the Original Tailed Radio Galaxy or 7C 1712+6406, is a radio galaxy located in the constellation of Draco. The redshift of the galaxy is (z) 0.079[1] and it was first discovered as an astronomical radio source by A. Slingo in 1974, whom he classified it having a straight radio spectrum.[2] It is one of the members belonging to the Abell 2255 galaxy cluster.[3][4][5]
