Padmavati (wife of Ashoka)

Padmavati was a queen and third wife of the third Mauryan Emperor, Ashoka[1] (reigned c.268 – c.232 BCE) and the mother of his second son, the Crown Prince Kunala. She was also the grandmother of Emperor Samprati.[2]
