Pania (born Pania Hika) is an Australian singer from Melbourne, Australia.[1] She is named after the Māori mythology of the same name. She has Māori and Indian background.[3]
In 2026, she won an APRA Music Award for "Pity Party".[4]
Career
2020-present
Pania released her debut single in 2020.[2]
In November 2022, Pania released her debut EP Burnt UR Clothes and Changed the Addy.[2]
In 2023, Pania released her second EP We Still Young.[5]
In September 2025, Pania released her third EP Coming to Terms featuring the singles "Pity Party", "Switch Sides" and "Pretty Girl Fly".[6]
