Parastesilea is a genus of longhorn beetles of the subfamily Lamiinae,[1] containing the following species:
- Parastesilea alboscutellaris Breuning, 1968
- Parastesilea grisescens (Breuning, 1938)
- Parastesilea latefasciata (Breuning, 1938)
- Parastesilea scutellaris (Pascoe, 1865)
