Parenthood is a 2025 British nature documentary television series which shows how animals cope with the challenges of becoming parents and raising their young. The five-episode series was produced by Silverback Films and is narrated by David Attenborough. The production involved three years of filming across six continents and 23 countries.[1] It was commissioned by the BBC and first shown in the UK on BBC One between 3 and 31 August 2025. [2]
