Patricio Rojas (28 January 1933 – 27 May 2021) was a Chilean physician, surgeon and politician. As a politician he was minister of the interior (1969–1970) and national defence (1990–1994).[1]
Rojas died on 27 May 2021, aged 88.[1]
The son of Diego Rojas and María Saavedra, he married María Antonieta Olmedo Quero in 1959, with whom he had five children.
He studied at the Liceo de Aplicación in the capital and later at the University of Chile, from which he obtained the degree of surgeon physician in 1957.[2][3]
He died in the city of Santiago on 27 May 2021.[4]
