Paul C. Lambert

Paul C. Lambert (March 14, 1928 – January 2, 2026) was an American diplomat who was the United States Ambassador to Ecuador from 1990 to 1992.[1][2] He submitted his resignation in December 1991 saying Ecuador is “a country plagued by corruption and excessive bureaucracy.”[3]
